Redefining approaches to Non-Profit Leadership

I help scholars and leadership teams bridge the gap between deep research and real-world results—turning innovative ideas into self-sustaining initiatives.

About
Bridging the digital divide, one non-profit at a time

Hello, I am Stephanie (Any Pronouns), the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Open Digital Literacy and Access Network. In 2020, during the pandemic I identified two key challenges 2SLGBTQIA+ non-profit leaders (and allies) faced due to stay-at-home mandates. First, they were required to pivot to fully online programming, but did not have the knowledge or skillsets to fully integrate digital tools into their workplace. Second, they faced significant financial constraints that limited their ability to enhance their digital infrastructure. These challenges led to the formation of ODLAN, an organization that transforms organizational approaches to digital inclusion and participation.
Under my leadership, ODLAN has successfully secured ongoing funding to grow our educational programming and training services. My expertise in stakeholder relations, fund development, and operational management has been the catalyst for scaling our impact from a grassroots initiative to a vital national resource. I am dedicated to bridging the digital divide by fostering strategic partnerships and implementing sustainable, community-led solutions. By centering equity in digital spaces, I empower non-profit leaders to navigate the digital landscape with confidence, ensuring that technology serves as a bridge to accessibility rather than a barrier.
